We engaged Ulster Electrical for numerous of jobs at our house as part of larger renovations. Jobs included installing multiple split systems, upgrade to three phase power, MSB upgrade, upgrade to circuitry inside, new fans, new GPOs (including one all the way out to the driveway for our gates). Furthermore, we also encountered a challenging situation with SA power and our electricity retailer with regards to the approvals and the meter on the MSB in the three-phase upgrade which was hard to navigate but the team assisted in navigating this challenging situation efficiently and got all the work done successfully saving us cost! All the work done was done to an extremely high standard. Even the person who came to install the three phase meter (from our retailer) said that the MSB upgrade job was done really well by Ulster which was very reassuring. We did contact other electricians prior to engaging Ulster but none of whom were willing to go through the number of jobs we had, and the amount of detail involved. I’m an experienced renovator and Ulster were happy to discuss ideas/ costs and more efficient ways to do things from an electrical perspective as well etc. We appreciate that they saw long emails from me with lots of detail, and took the time and effort to go through them with attention to detail. I appreciated the quick quotes on individual jobs which when considering the amount of quotes they must have to do all the time it’s quite impressive. It really helped us manage our renovation budget. I’d 100% use them again and I probably won’t even bother contacting other electricians anymore just because I know the guys now and they were all friendly and highly efficient. Cleaned up after himself .Product is top quality . It was a difficult job due to the previous builder but he got the job done . I'm so happy with the outcome and would highly recommend John 10/10.
